As part of my Relationship Coaching practice, I have partnered with Positive Intelligence Inc. to help hard-working, high achieving woman create the life and relationship they want, by re-igniting the spark within themselves.  


Based on breakthrough research in neuroscience and the data collected from over 500,000 people, the program includes a 6-week app guided program that helps people rewire their brain for more happiness and success.


Below are the details of the program.


 Learn the to boost your Mental Fitness (PQ)

  • PQ (your Positive Intelligence Quotient) is the measure of your Mental Fitness. It's the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.

  • And the good news is: you can boost your PQ significantly with practice.

  • PQ is a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science


The program consists of the following:

  • 6 weeks duration

  • Watch 1-hour weekly video (on weekend or Monday)

  • 15 minutes/day of Coach Challenge and PQ Reps practice on the Positive Intelligence app (Free to download)

  • Read 8 chapters of Positive Intelligence book (PDF provided)

  • Through the Positive Intelligence app, you will continue to have access to for entire year


Breakthrough Results:


Within 6-8 weeks of mental fitness training you should be able to see the results in MRI imaging:


•   Increased grey matter in the PQ Brain region, home to your Sage (positive mental muscles)

• Decreased grey matter in the Survivor Brain region, home to your Saboteurs (negative mental muscles)

Option #1 PRIVATE COACHING:  I am offering the program to my one on one clients (3 month coaching program) as a bonus. In other words, the cost is for the 3 month coaching program. The Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness program, which has a cost of $1,000 (as noted on the positive intelligence website) is yours as a free bonus. 


Option #2 GROUP COACHING:  The second option for doing the Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Program is through my CREATE AN AWESOME LIFE GROUP COACHING program which meets for 60 minutes each week for 7 weeks. 


The group coaching includes one private session with me before we begin meeting weekly with the group. At the end of the seven weeks we will have another private one on one session.

How it Works:

Private Session


First, you and I will have a one on one private session to review the results of your Saboteur Assessment. At this time we will clarify where you are now and what in areas you would like to improve by applying the new insights you will gain from the program.


Daily Practice


15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.


Weekly Focus


Weekly hour-long video delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.


Measurable Progress


You’ll feel motivated through instant feedback on exactly how much progress you’re making towards building the 3 core muscles of mental fitness. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within 8 weeks.


Community Support (Group Coaching only)


You will receive support and accountability from other group members. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind. You will also have access to our private Facebook group, The Sage Connection.


Private Session


Once you have completed the 7 week group coaching program, you and I will have another one on one private session to determine in what ways you have noticed a shift in the areas you were focusing on. We will also discuss ways that I can continue to support you in keeping up with the new mental fitness habits you have formed.
