Coach supervision is a reflective, developmental process designed to support you as a coach, professionally, ethically, and personally, so you can show up with greater clarity, confidence, and integrity in your client work. During this call, we will: Discuss what’s bringing you to supervision right now Explore your experience as a coach and the contexts you work in Clarify what you’re looking for in 1:1 or group supervision Determine whether my supervision approach aligns with your needs This is not a performance evaluation. It’s a relational, reflective conversation intended to support your growth and sustainability as a coach. By the end of the call, you’ll have: Clarity on whether supervision is the right next step for you A clearer sense of which supervision format (1:1 or group) may be the best fit An understanding of how we could work together if it feels aligned If we both feel there’s alignment, I’ll share next steps and available supervision options.
