We all have different ideas of what vulnerability means. For me, I think of my clients being open and honest with their partners during couples coaching sessions. But we also need to be vulnerable as leaders, whether we’re leading a family or a boardroom. This week, we’re going to speak to someone who turned their vulnerabilities into their biggest superpower.
This week’s guest is Lindsay Dotzlaf. Lindsay is a business mentor and host of a top-rated podcast. She's spent nearly a decade helping coaches build practices rooted in who they actually are - and is known for leading with vulnerability in a space that often rewards polish over honesty. She believes the thing you keep trying to change about yourself is usually your greatest asset. When she's not working, she's traveling, sipping a good Cab, and resisting the urge to coach her teenage daughters.
In this week’s episode, we’re talking about vulnerability in leadership. I truly believe that vulnerability is the missing key to powerful leadership, no matter who or what you’re leading. This is because, in my experience, you can only truly lead if you can give people the space to be themselves. Tune in to hear how you can lead with vulnerability in your own life and how Lindsay has turned her vulnerability into her greatest strength.
