EP. 32: We Both Work From Home… But Feel Like Roommates

2 min read

So many couples can feel themselves becoming roommates. They’re not affectionate anymore, they’re not being intimate, and reaching out to make a connection feels like pulling teeth. No one knows what to do or how to fix it, so you just drift further away from each other.

So what do you do when you feel like roommates, and you want to get back to feeling like lovers? You have to go back to basics - no grand gestures, no huge life changes. In my experience, you’ll find love in the little moments of life.

In this week’s episode, we’re talking about a scenario my clients brought to me; we both work from home… but we feel like roommates. Most couples don’t know where to start when they’re in the roommate phase. Luckily, as a certified life and relationship coach, I have seen this before, and I can help guide you out of the roommate phase and back to being lovers.

Tune in to this week’s episode to hear how I advised my coaching clients and how you can start reconnecting with your partner today!
