What can I expect? In this complimentary session, we’ll slow things down and really look at what’s happening in your relationship right now. First, I’ll ask a few gentle questions so we can map the specific patterns that are creating distance or that “walking on eggshells” feeling at home. From there, we’ll reflect on what’s been in your blind spot and connect some dots, so you can see your situation with more clarity and compassion instead of self‑judgment. Finally, I’ll guide you to one or two concrete shifts you can start making right away to move toward more ease, safety, and connection. Please note: Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of eligibility for a future complimentary session.
